As the 26th Superintendent of Palm Beach County Schools, Dr. Fennoy led one of the nation's largest school districts, serving over 193,000 students with a $3.5 billion budget. Before this role, he was the district’s Chief Operating Officer, where he optimized operational efficiencies and successfully managed $1.3 billion in referendum projects.
His leadership journey also includes serving as Senior Area Superintendent in Fulton County Schools, Executive Director of New Leaders for New Schools in Maryland, and principal of Phillip O. Berry Academy of Technology, where his school earned the prestigious National School of Change Award for remarkable academic improvement.
A respected figure in education, Dr. Fennoy is a Broad Academy fellow and has been recognized among Florida A&M University’s most distinguished alumni. He holds degrees from Florida A&M University and the University of Central Florida.
