The CREATE Process
Our work is anchored in CREATE, a design process we developed to help change agents accomplish extraordinary things in their communities.
CREATE is a framework and journey map for leaders who want to improve their communities by solving problems. We learned from the wisdom and diverse perspectives of over 300 successful change agents around the world and synthesized our learnings into the CREATE process.
Cambiar Impact Platform
We have codified our most unique support systems that help leaders generate a bold vision; develop, prioritize, and test the most promising strategies to realize that vision; and scale impact. As a complement to the CREATE process, Cambiar has developed the following services to help entrepreneurs, education leaders, and school systems unlock innovative solutions to their greatest challenges:
Needs Assessments.
Needs Assessments provide a coherent methodology and strategy for solving complex problems and implementing new ideas. Our process relies on radical listening & community creativity in order to harness the collective wisdom of community stakeholders to gain a panoramic view of a challenge, before implementing technical solutions.
We mine for insights from the students, teachers, families, administrators, and community members whose collective wisdom, buy-in, and expertise is necessary to propel results. We couple these strategies with significant secondary research and data analysis, integrating adaptive change strategies with technical ones.
Virtual Garage.
Just as many people use their garage to tinker and build, the GARAGE is where leaders can capture, track, and reflect on their innovative efforts. The GARAGE is also a place where leaders can design a blueprint for taking their organizations from initial concept to full-scale pilot.
Innovation Workshops.
Through a series of engaging workshops based on our CREATE framework, we equip teams with the design skills necessary to identify innovative solutions to complex challenges. We have successfully supported youth leaders, diverse teams from large organizations, senior executives, and talented entrepreneurs using this process, both in-person and virtually.
