At Cambiar, Mariana provides operational support for a range of key projects, such as the Cambiar Thrive Grant. She also plans and coordinates events for the Cambiar team and entrepreneurs.

Mariana has experience in childhood developmental education through Jumpstart For Young Children where she created individualized teaching methods geared towards socio-emotional learning. She was also a project intern at a childcare startup during their launch period where she worked on multiple initiatives and assisted in client service.

As her colleges’ only Latino Association student ambassador, she has experience in relationship-building and created academic and cultural events that addressed Latino students’ needs.

Mariana earned a B.A. in International Relations with a focus in Latin America. She’s passionate about educational equity and reducing wealth disparity in the United States and Latin America through entrepreneurship.
