Jessica Brown is Director of Operations at All Means All.
All Means All partners with school and system leaders to increase equitable outcomes and opportunities for students with disabilities and other intersectional identities that have been historically marginalized. Its 15-month leadership development cohort experience uniquely builds adult culture, mindset and technical skills with relevant tools, high quality training, and context-responsive coaching – providing a thoughtful, rigorous, and transformative approach to building a better overall school and system.
As Director of Operations, Jessica supports high quality, human-centered AMA programming, co-builds strong operational systems for scale and capacity, and develops data and knowledge management systems that drive strategic decisions.
Jessica Brown is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in organizational management, financial stewardship, and team leadership. Known for her ability to drive operational excellence, she aligns initiatives with organizational vision and values, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Jessica has effectively managed operations across multiple sites in various educational settings, including charter schools. Her expertise in administration, budget management, and operational strategies has significantly contributed to organizational growth.
Committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, Jessica excels in stakeholder communication and ensures compliance with industry standards. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, a Master of Public Health, and a Master of Healthcare Administration.
