Jessica Strong is the Managing Director of Programming at All Means All.

All Means All partners with school and system leaders to increase equitable outcomes and opportunities for students with disabilities and other intersectional identities that have been historically marginalized.

Jessica Strong is the Managing Director of Programming at All Means All, where she spearheads the team's coaching and alumni leadership development work.

Jessica began her career in education as an AmeriCorps volunteer, before becoming a middle school ELA teacher. She most recently served as principal of Girls Prep Lower East Side Middle School in NYC for six years, where she led initiatives that improved student achievement, staff retention, and school culture.

As a member of the inaugural All Means All leadership cohort, she and her team closed the growth differential for students with disabilities in both reading and math in year one, and had the highest rates of growth in her network for math achievement the following year.  She is honored to be a part of the AMA team and to have the privilege of working with our incredible leaders pursuing equitable outcomes for all kids.

She holds a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Masters in Teaching Literacy from Touro College.
