All Means All partners with school and system leaders to increase equitable outcomes and opportunities for students with disabilities and other intersectional identities that have been historically marginalized. Its 15-month leadership development cohort experience uniquely builds adult culture, mindset and technical skills with relevant tools, high quality training, and context-responsive coaching – providing a thoughtful, rigorous, and transformative approach to building a better overall school and system.

As Chief Executive Officer, Lindsay makes sure All Means All has the resources and tools needed to help their partners thrive, that they develop and grow as a team, and that they are as clear and strategic as they can be in what they do and how they do it.

Lindsay is an authentic, strategic builder of people, programs and communities of impact focused on creating a more equitable world. She has created multiple high performing leadership programs at the intersection of equity, instruction, and learning disabilities.

Prior to All Means All, Lindsay worked closely with experts across disability, education, and policy to develop educator resources at the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD) and Understood. She developed the National Principals Academy Fellowship (and Leverage Leadership Institute) program at Relay Graduate School of Education which has grown in size and scale by more than 5x.

Prior to her design and growth work at Relay and NCLD, she provided human capital and leadership development consulting for multiple districts and CMOs. Lindsay was on the founding team of Uncommon Schools, an organization that is now 53 schools serving 19,000 students.

Lindsay is a proud parent on the journey of supporting two children with physical and learning differences. She is an alumna of the Broad Residency, and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSc from Cornell University.
