Julianne joined Cambiar Education as our first-ever Director of Organizational Effectiveness! A native of the Chicagoland area and resident of Denver, Julianne is passionate about building sustainable people programs and developing future leaders. 

For almost a decade, she has championed data-driven talent initiatives for tech consultancies, global corporations, and early-stage startups, injecting authenticity, curiosity, and community into team cultures. Her expertise spans high-volume recruiting, strategic onboarding, talent development and communications. At the end of the day, Julianne loves helping people and having the opportunity to build a career out of being a connector. Even better when she can bring her love of yoga into the workplace by launching wellness programs.

At Cambiar, Julianne will collaboratively develop and drive talent strategies including the employee handbook, onboarding, employee experience, and best practices for hiring and development to enhance our operational efficiency and enable a culture of continuous improvement across our teams.

Outside of work, she's a continuous learner with credentials in leadership, tech, and podcast production. Find her balancing work with yoga, the endless search for the perfect sandwich, and mountain adventures across Colorado.
