Run the Future teaches innovation skills through identity-affirming, real-world learning experiences. Participants ages 16-26 transform into innovators, and develop a strong sense of self, while building both durable skills and tangible outputs that support success in a variety of pathways, including college, career, and entrepreneurship.

As Project Manager, Kristin supports the Run the Future Product Team by developing and streamlining work throughout the product development cycle. This includes organizing feature implementations, ensuring effective cross-functional communication, and building structures that help the team scale.

Before joining Cambiar, Kristin worked as a project manager in mission-driven tech companies, EdTech startups, and academic publishing, where she led client projects as well as accessibility and equity initiatives. As a project manager, she uses a flexible, human-centered approach to make it easier for the team to achieve their goals and spend time on the work that matters.

Kristin has a bachelor’s degree in Professional Writing from Baylor University and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. She lives in Boston and outside of work enjoys reading, writing, yoga, and traveling with her family.
