At Cambiar, Talia is responsible for driving communication, collaboration, and alignment to accomplish the organization’s goals.

Prior to her current role, Talia worked for five years as Chief of Staff of The Broad Academy at The Broad Center, advancing the priorities of the team’s managing director and overseeing a portfolio of special projects to support the Academy program.

Talia also served as the head of public outreach for the USC Shoah Foundation for nearly 6 years, building the organization’s communications department, hiring staff, defining the strategy for and leading the execution of the organization’s internal and external communications.

Talia graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She earned an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
