Taryn Campbell is a Director at Cambiar Education. She is a member of the Cambiar Thrive Grant and Cambiar Quest teams.

The Cambiar Thrive Grant funds game-changing solutions that provide parents and caregivers with easy-to-obtain, meaningful, and actionable information on their children’s K-12 learning and development. Taryn leads Thrive's Learning Community, supporting organizations in their journey to engage families and caregivers in understanding student data and advocating for change.

Cambiar Quest develops students' durable skills through career exploration and work-based learning experiences. For Cambiar Quest, Taryn works on supporting and scaling learning experiences for high school students to develop the durable skills needed to explore career pathways and achieve postsecondary success. 

Taryn is a seasoned leader in program design and strategy in the education and community development fields. Her expertise lies in creating impactful program models and leadership development programs, particularly focused on expanding opportunities for underprivileged communities. Most recently Taryn served as the VP of Program Design and Strategy for Propel America, where she created programs connecting young adults to upwardly mobile careers in the healthcare industry. Taryn managed the innovation agenda for the organization and spearheaded the design and launch of their strategy for durable skill development. 

Prior to Propel America, Taryn designed and facilitated leadership and equity programming for education leaders nationwide through The Broad Center’s Academy program. Her career background and contributions extend to international settings, where she has developed strategies and communications for educational programs, workforce development, and community development programming, significantly enhancing their reach and effectiveness. 

Taryn holds a Masters of Law and Diplomacy with a focus on Development Economics and Youth Development from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a BA from Colgate University.
