OnYourMark is an early literacy tutoring initiative bringing individualized and science-based foundational skills reading instruction to K-2 students across the country through virtual high impact tutoring.

Tajalli serves as the Head of Growth at OnYourMark, spearheading efforts to expand the organization's reach to thousands of students nationwide. In this pivotal role, she also ensures that current students and partners receive exceptional service and support, fostering renewals and sustained growth. Tajalli is a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, nurturing organizational culture, and driving impactful initiatives across the organization.

Prior to joining the OnYourMark team in 2023, Tajalli built a distinguished career spanning over two decades, focusing on growing and scaling K-12 educational companies. Notably, as the first employee hired at Galileo Learning, Tajalli played an instrumental role in establishing one of the nation's largest providers of summer STEAM enrichment programs, positively impacting the lives of over 600,000 kids and 10,000 staff members.

Tajalli holds a BA in Spanish and Business from the University of Southern California. She also volunteers her time as the founding Director of Partnerships, bringing TEDx to her community for the first time.
