The Center for Education Market Dynamics (CEMD) provides research, data analytics, and market insights to help the education sector improve outcomes for the country's most underserved students.

David is responsible for building and evolving the technology strategy, infrastructure and data solutions to support CEMD’s mission and vision.

Prior to joining CEMD, David worked in the private sector holding positions in various technology and business system capacities. He has worked on and has led projects and teams related to master data, reporting & analytics, CRM, system/data integrations, operations and more.

He has extensive interest in all things data and has a background in data modeling, architecture, integrations, transformation and analysis. David enjoys leading cross-functional teams and building strong relationships that bring business and technology teams together in support of common goals.
